Do I have to say anymore This role is EXCITING, FRESH and FULL of FUTURE POTENTIAL.JOB ROLE: Italian Speaking Accountant COMPANY: LUXURY FASHION BRAND HOURS: 8.30am-5.30pm / Full timeSALARY: £30-£35KLOCATION: London - West EndROLE: Italian Speaking Accountant DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:Liaising with the different departments of the head office in order to make all the operations of the store work efficiently (e.g., for orders, IT solutions, company policy, prices, etc). Registering and coordinating all the purchases/sales with the head office and with the other stores, ensuring a timely delivery of a good service to the clients and correct invoicing. Registering invoices, sales and expense claims and making sure all documents are archived properly. Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards. Managing petty cash and cash sales.Organizing shipments from/to Europe and the rest of the world and all related documentation, including CITES. Entering payments online for Directors approval. Liaising with external accountants and auditors.
