Job Description

Opportunity Overview: We are currently supporting one of the leading global insurance providers to recruit for a Senior IT Asset & Configuration Analyst. This role will drive Service Excellence and aim for the customer experience to be thebest it can be. You will be responsible for continuously evaluating, improving, and maturing all aspects of the service and experience that we deliver from within the Service Management Team.Key responsibilities include

  • Working closely with the Service Desk and our Workplace Support (WPS) teams to develop the service they deliver and to continually evolve, improve, and mature their practices
  • Responsibility for the provision of Joiner, Mover, Leaver and IDAM processes
  • Manage escalations through to resolution where required
  • Working alongside our outsourced suppliers sharing information and promoting best practice
  • Manage the maintenance of the policy and process documentation within the area of scope
  • Manage adherence to IT Group Controls with specific focus on SOX (JSOX) controls
  • Management of partner delivery against contractual obligations for the area of scope
  • Being an integral part of and a key influencer in the definition of a world class service that can be expanded across the globe.
The ideal candidate would have
  • An understanding of ITIL disciplines, preferably ITIL v3 Service Operations. ITIL v4 Foundation would be beneficial
  • An extensive understanding of Joiner, Mover, Leaver and IDAM processes
  • Experience of managing within with a Service Desk environment, preferably in an outsourced setting
  • Solid operational understanding drawn from significant relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • A strong desire to problem solve and drive the right outcomes
  • Experience of working with an IT outsourced 3rd party service provider
