Job Description

Youll lead on the integrations of IT Services across UK and Europe following an large piece of M&A activity. To be successful for this 6-12 month contract youll need to be confidence integrating IT services following acquisition, specifically across Europe.Rate: £700 - £800 per day - Outside IR35Location:London, Hybrid.Duration: 6 -12 monthsYour Role as IT Transformation Lead:

  • Developing the Strategic Direction and Operating model of the new merged business
  • Development and agreement of the IT Strategy in support of the 3-5 year investment plan aligned to Business strategic integration objectives
  • Review and impliment core ITSM processes, support models for the business.
  • Responsible for the IT Roadmap and defining IT Governance, specifically aligning standards, policies, procedures and limiting risk exposure.
  • Developing the roadmap and detailed integration plan to realise the defined target Operating model.
  • Develop an IT organisational charge and integrate teams accordingly.
  • Lead on any vendor negotiations as required and drive decisions around the uses of technologies/vendors.
  • Controlling overall budget and project timeframes.
To be successful as IT Transformation Lead:
  • 10+ years of experience in similar IT integration projects and ideally ITIL certified.
  • Broad technical knowledge and understanding of ITSM, specifically global support models.
  • Significant experience with acquisition of European businesses.
  • Knowledge and a good awareness of emerging technology trends and innovation
  • Experience of working upwards supporting C-Suite
  • Strong financial/analytical skills
  • Experience working with European employment laws and employment committees.
  • Experience implementing systems under GDPR.
