We are currently recruiting for a brilliant new position for an IT TRAINER - within a LAW FIRM in central London.This position will be reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Trainer will work as part of the IT Service Delivery team and be responsible for training users on core systems through floor walking, desk side training, elearning and formal training sessions.The IT Trainer will be responsible for production/ maintenance of training materials and will take the lead in planning training for major upgrade programmes. Working in a small IT team the IT Trainer will be involved in the day-to day support of the Firmsusers who may have questions about the use of IT applications, as well as delivering training.Based at the London office, the Trainer may be required to deliver training at the London and Oxford offices.Responsibilities (but not limited to): Conduct induction training for all members of staff. Provide "at desk" support, assistance and training Deliver courses and update training on MS Office, iManage 10, Big Hand, 3E time recording, Intapp Open & Flow and other legal software. Design new training courses and prepare and maintain IT training material and documentation including "How Tos" and Knowledge Base articles for the IT HelpDesk and support colleagues. Maintain a strong working knowledge of applications in current use and those planned for the future to provide training to end-users. Assist the IT Manager with additional responsibilities as requested including the support of on-going projects. Assist with the marketing/promotion of courses, scheduling delegates and monitoring attendance at courses.Skills and Experience:
