A reputable and growing technology company is looking for a bright and ambitious IT Support Technician (1 st , 2 nd and some 3 rd line) to join an established team based in South West London.The successful candidate will be tasked with providing (mostly remote) 1 st , 2 nd & some 3 rd line support to approximately 150 UK users across multiple locations. This role will involve utilising the helpdesk ticketing system, providing business application support, installing and configuring workstations, delivering user support training as well as some infrastructure exposure.You must have proven commercial 1 st & 2 nd line IT support experience, ideally for a medium sized user base in a fast moving industry, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritise IT queries. It is essential to have a strong academic record with a good knowledge of a wide range of technology such as Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory (log ins, user access control permissions, etc.), telephony solutions as well as knowledge of Printer support (ideally HP and Ricoh) and networking.This IT Support Technician role represents an opportunity for a tech-savvy professional to join an exciting business with extensive growth plans and excellent IT career prospects. This role is paying up to £30,000 depending on experience plus benefits including pension, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and 24 days annual leave.
