The Role: To provide a comprehensive 1st line IT Support function to the Mulberry employees as part of the IT support team. Maintain in-depth and current technical knowledgein order to provide expert advice. Within the role you will provide support to all of the companys existing ICT systems. This role can be based in our London, Kensington office or in Chilcompton, Somerset office. Duties & Responsibilities: GeneralResponsible for answering support calls, managing own calls on the IT Service Desk.Carry out hands-on support to all employees.Provide remote support of Mulberry ERP systems and other central back-end systems across all Mulberrysites.Participate in project work (upgrades, implementations). MRP /ERP systemsSupporting Prima ERP system. Retail / EPoS systemsInstallation, deployment and support of EPOS system (Retail J) and Prima Retail. Operating systemsMaintenance of Microsoft Exchange + Active Directory, Windows file server, Synology NAS. Desktop SupportMicrosoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Apple IOS. NetworkingDetailed knowledge of the following areas - WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN and Switches / Routers, Cisco Meraki. TelephoneSupport and Maintenance of mobile telephones, including Apple iPhones & Android devices, 3G Mobile WAN, AVAYA phone system. Hardware support and MaintenanceDesktop PCs, laptop & mobile solutions, VPN, Printers & Photocopiers. Skills & Experience Required:Relevant degree or equivalent and good GCSE/GCE Maths and English. 2 years good relevant technical experience (as detailed above).Proven background in providing excellent service.Resourceful and pro-active individual.Self-motivated, ability to manage own time highly effectively, ability to prioritise, highly flexiblewith can-do attitude.Highly dedicated and reliable and very willing to work hours and locations as the business requires.Good problem solving capabilities and logical approach.Strong customer service and communication skills.Flexibility to travelwhen required.
