Our rapidly expanding client based in London require an interim IT Support Analyst.The successful candidate will be expected to complete defined IT maintenance and support tasks as directed by the IT Leadership team, through the IT Service Desk, and in support of the Regional IT Service Manager.• Complete allocated tickets from the Service Desk in line with agreed service levels• Complete IT related tasks including assistant with the London office deployment to new London premises.• Supporting 3rd line teams with local tasks in the office• On and Off boarding Staff• System & Application Support (MS Office/O365, general desktop/application support)• Hardware Support (desktop pc/laptop installation/mobile configuration)• Equipment procurement & Stock management• Desk side support
