Job Description

Xpertise are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer on a contract basis to provide IT Support expertise to multiple offices and residential properties.

  1. £150 - £225 per day
  2. Inside IR35
  3. Initial 3 month contract – possibility of extension
  4. 5 days per week in London (Knightsbridge, SW1 offices)
You will be required to work in the Knightsbridge area on a daily basis, every week (9:15am - 5:45pm). Working from home just isn’t possible due to the nature of the role and responsibilities.You will be working across multiple locations within the Knightsbridge, London area.IT Support Engineer– Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office & Windows Desktop support
  • Support for internet services and associated Wi-Fi networks
  • PC and printer troubleshooting
  • Configuration and deployment of desktops/laptops to end users
  • Setting up and managing user profiles, including new starters & leavers
  • Liaising with Internet service providers & testing internet connections
  • Configuring and managing office wireless networks
  • Overseeing standard build processes and full documentation for all systems
  • Routine desktop software/hardware maintenance, e.g., WSUS
IT Support Engineer – Advantageous:
  • Some responsibility for MDM/mobile device setup & support
