Job Description

Our success is a result of our people and the collaborative way we work.Purpose of the Role:The Support Analyst will be responsible for delivering first-class technical support to the business, helping to set up our meeting rooms and providing cover for our facilities team. They will work with a broad range of applications, devices and networkingcomponents. They will provide maintenance and support for moderately complex systems and work closely with the support and infrastructure team. The Support Analyst will become the face of IT support, responding to helpdesk tickets, diagnosing and resolvingproblems, and if necessary, escalating tickets to senior colleagues.Due to the nature of the role and the opportunities to learn and teach others, this will predominantly be an office-based role.Key Relationships:

Skills, Attributes and Credentials:Attributes
  • Experience working in a support and a customer service-focused environment (Minimum 1 year).
  • Professional manner with excellent communication skills and telephone manner; able to interact with all levels of seniority within the firm.
  • Work under pressure, able to listen and interpret customer needs accurately in a positive attitude.
  • Analytical mind that doesnt give up on challenging problems or issues Attention to detail and logical
  • Can do attitude
  • Organised, able to plan own time effectively; able to prioritise key tasks, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proven track record as effective team member.
  • Passion for technology and its effective application within the business.
  • Worked in comparable smaller corporate environment within financial services, legal and insurance industries and equivalent with less than <750 employees.
Knowledge/Skills required
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, including Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint,
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, including creating/modifying accounts, groups
  • Knowledge of Zoom and Teams (setting up meetings, webinars, rooms).
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg (installation, troubleshooting etc)
  • Hardware knowledge - printers, laptops, workstations, iPhones,
  • Basic understanding of Avaya telephony (desirable but not required)
