Job Description

Role: IT Support Analyst Salary: £28,000 + Excellent Company BenefitsLocation: Canary Wharf, E14We are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a leading business in East London.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and software support to the companys end users whilst managing the infrastructure. The role requires an individual with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to ensure customersare satisfied with the support they receive.Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second line technical support to users throughout the business
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing resolutions
  • Proactively monitoring, maintaining, and upgrading the IT systems and network
  • Installing, configuring, and testing software and hardware
  • Regularly assisting in IT Projects
  • Providing training and guidance on the use of IT systems
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and suppliers
  • Assist the IT team with day-to-day IT operations
  • To ensure that all IT equipment is maintained in accordance with the companys policies and procedures
  • Provide remote and onsite support to end users
Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in an IT Support role
  • Previous experience as an IT Support Engineer in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Technologies
  • Experience of troubleshooting hardware and software problems
  • Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies
  • Experience of administering Office 365
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
