Job Description

IT Support AnalystCentral London£32,000 - £39,000Company OutlineOnce again Cobalt is delighted to be working alongside one of the largest Real Estate Consultancies in the UK. Due to the businesss continued growth in the Commercial Real Estate sector, an opening has arisen for a forward-thinking, dynamic & energeticIT Support Analyst to support the substantial growth the business is experiencing.Role Responsibilities

  • To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware
  • To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support resources where necessary
  • Assist all our users with any logged IT related incident when called upon
  • Be responsible for the diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents across a range of software applications and hardware devices
  • Create, maintain, and publish relevant support documentation in order to assist all staff in the quick resolution of their incidents
  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
Role Requirements
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 & Networking devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and WAPs
  • Excellent customer-facing/customer-service skills
  • A passion for Service Improvement
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
  • Ability to think logically and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
