IT Support Analyst required by a reputable and fast growing Accountancy firm in Central London. The company are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst to their team to aid in supporting over 700 end users nationally.The IT Support Analyst will get involved with day to day 1st and some 2nd line support across the firm including remote, desk side and off site. You will provide MDM, desktop configuration and perform changes and moves to telephone equipment, delivering newhardware and software installation across the network.Experience Required-Good working knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 and desktop/laptop imaging-Experience working within an agile and fast paced IT environment-Knowledge of Active Directory / Azure Active Directory and Exchange-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-Technically capable, able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skillsThis opportunity would suit an ambitious and perhaps recently qualified IT professional looking to take the next step in their career within a corporate environment.
