We are currently seeing an IT Service & Support Engineer who will play a vital rolein helping to shape the IT department in conjunction with your line manager. Your primary tasks as Service & Support Engineer will involve carrying out 1st/2nd line duties that are delivered within agreed operational levels. Additionally, you will activelybe involved with the successful delivery of agreed projects from planning through deployment and ultimately into production. As a Service & Support Engineer you will provide support for other engineers and apprentices and occasionally work alongside 3rd LineEngineers. The post holder should have knowledge of Windows 10 and servers running Windows Server 2016/2019, Office 365 suite, SCCM, Adobe Suite and many educational software and networking technologies. The successful candidate should have experience in workingin a team environment as well as having the ability to meeting SLA targets. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and have experience of guiding and mentoring junior engineers. It is essential that you incorporate continuousimprovement in your work and have a desire to meet or exceed service targets.
