Description: The IT Service Manager in partnership with the IT Business Partners will help establish strong relationships between the service provider, IT third Parties and the legal entities. Their role is to ensure the delivery of the IT service managementobjectives, whilst ensuring day to day IT service operation performance is achieved. They will govern the delivery of the core service providers, and enhance and encourage positive relationship interactions across IT and its service providers.
