Our Investment Bank client is looking for an IT Security Analyst with a strong learning curve to join its current team of 10.and would suit someone with 2-3 years experienceKey Requirements You should have exposure to the application security concepts and vulnerabilities such as cross-site scripting and SQL-injection. Experience with application development frameworks and languages such Java, C#, Javascript, python etc, You will have good exposure in IT Infrastructure security with exposure to Endpoint Protection / Anti-Virus / Anti-Malware / Anti-Ransomware / Encryption. Entry level knowledge in Securing, auditing and maintaining Infrastructure components and configurations on VMware, Windows and Linux platforms would be beneficial. Experience in API Security and AWS Security would be plus. Self-driven and a passionate for Information Security technologies with attention to detail and a desire to analyse situations, propose solutions rather than just follow instructions. Excellent documentation skill. Able to communicate effectively, especially with technical colleagues. Ability to prioritise and to meet tight deadlines.Qualifications and Training (good to have, plan to pursue) CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional AWS Certified Security - Specialty Application Security certifications like GSEC, OSCP, OSCPPersonal Attributes Dynamic, creative individual with the ability to show initiative. Committed to keeping up to date with relevant technologies, backed up by recent technical certifications. Able to work without direction to achieve results. Strong time keeping and time management.
