Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience in sales or a related field. Candidates with 12 months of experience will be considered first. This is an exciting time to join Senovo IT as you will be offered an excellent package and substantial mentoring in addition to flexibility.Job Specification: Following hands-on training, the successful candidate will be responsible for: • Identifying key customers, building relationships with customers and qualifying jobs • Identifying and selecting suitable candidates for specific requirements, leads generation, candidates interviewing, candidates’ referencing, achievement of KPIs • Achieving monthly agreed sales target. Skills Required: Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills: • Excellent telephone manners and clear communication • Proven relationship building experience • Positive attitude with can-do approach • The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines • Proactive and solution oriented, able to think outside of the box • The ability to meet and exceed targets • Ability to speak to candidates and clients for long hours on the telephone and show resilience, tenacity and above all persuasion • Ability to speak at least 1 other European languages is highly beneficial In order to apply for this role, you need to demonstrate you are enthusiastic, bright and eager to succeed in sales and you are able to manage your own business/desk.Candidates should also be willing to travel to Europe to visit clients for meetings.
