With our products and mission, we are inspiring people around the world to live a healthier lifestyle every day.Owing to large upscaling across our IT engineering Team, we are urgently in need of an experienced IT Recruiter to source across a range of skills including Java Architects, DevOp’s Engineers, Adobe AEM Architects, Vue Engineers and more! Working to a relatively tight timeline, you will engage with our senior Stakeholders providing consultative advice on job descriptions, salaries, market conditions and interview & assessment processes.Within this highly collaborative environment, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA, and form part of a larger People & Culture team for the EMEA region. This role is responsible for ensuring that candidates are meeting the criteria not just in respect of technical skills, but in the context of culture and longer- term overall company fit too. You will be responsible for your own administration (we are currently implementing an ATS, but this is not yet in place) upto and including onboarding.The candidate for this role must be an experienced recruiter across direct sourcing, search and advertising, with inhouse or agency IT Recruitment experience within Java, DevOps, Adobe and Vue. You will have hired from both a permanent and contract perspective and will understand the importance of getting the right fit and ensuring an excellent "candidate experience". The role will be best suited to a recruiter whose is junior-mid in their career as this is not a senior position.Within this very fast paced, constantly changing environment you can expect to have lots of fun and the support of a strong wider team. The ability to self manage and prioritise is important.In the context of Covid, we continue to work from home and so we are open to looking at candidates both within and outside of the London area.This is a 3mth Contract role.
