Overview of the role The IT Quantitative Analyst will be involved in the software development from beginning to end, from collecting requirementsthrough to design, development and testing and then deployment and production rollout, in an agile and flexible manner. The role is based in London. Main Responsabilities: The IT Quantitative Analyst is responsible for the following areas including but notlimited to: Translate high level business requirements into quantitative models Implement requirements, with particular focus on scalability, stability, automated testing Maintain, enhance existing pricing models and integrate them within the company ETRMInteract with an international team of developers, and business professionals Profile / Key Skills: Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics or equivalent experience Strong experience and knowledge in C#, Python and its ecosystemincluding quant related libraries with a particular focus on developing highly performant code (without using C/C++) 1-2 years experience in Commodity Trading environment Good understanding of financial time series and derivatives products, ability to understandand solve data quality issues Experience in micro-services, REST-APIs or web application design and knowledge of MSSQL or Oracle databases, ASP.NET Core, Docker, Typescript, React, or Git are a great plus.
