Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled IT Project Manager with Merger and Acquisition experience to join a leading technology business offering unmateched digital infrastructure. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall ProjectPlan for key Network, Server, and End User Devices track for the Africa integration. You will be required to develop an integration project plan with milestones, risks, assumptions, and dependencies, and monitor integration progress while raising issues asthey arise.As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall Project Plan for key Network, Server, and End User Devices track for the Africa integration. You will work with the IT Senior Leadership teamto develop the IT M&A budget covering due diligence, integration, and post-go-live support. Additionally, you will establish relationships with cross-functional business SMEs and stakeholders as a member of the Integration Track Leads.Responsibilities:

• Manage overall Project Plan for key Network, Server and End User Devices track for Africa integration
• Develop integration project plan with milestones, risks, assumptions, and dependencies
• Monitor integration progress and raise issues as they arise
• Develop and maintain work plans for Network, Server, and End User Technology activities
• Develop a project plan to enable Quote-to-Cash enhancements to the corporate Enterprise Application stack
• Work with key stakeholders to develop timelines for enhancement requests and coordinate delivery to production
• Establish close working relationships with IT Senior Leadership team to engage, escalate and monitor key milestones in M&A due diligence and integration phases
• Work with IT Senior Leadership to develop the IT M&A budget covering due diligence, integration, and post-go-live support
• Establish relationships with cross-functional business SMEs and stakeholders as a member of Integration Track Lead
• Manage and influence a cross-functional team of stakeholders through vetting feature demands, establishing go-to-market timelines, and managing stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the IT M&A Due Diligence and Integration playbook to suggest process improvements and adjustments to keep the playbook current and relevant

Criteria:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or BSA in an IT role
• Experience in past Mergers and Acquisitions from an IT perspective
• Experience in projects with cross-functional team members where options were overcome by reviewing and debating the detailed pros & cons
• Exposure to enterprise Quote-to-Cash applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
• Demonstrated experience of being a collaborative team playerThrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can track multiple, complex projects simultaneously
• Knowledgeable and experienced in datacenter, cloud, network, and interconnection products and services
• Will require flexible working hours to interact with IT or Business stakeholders in different time zones.
