Aons recruitment and selection policy ensures the best possible skill mix of colleagues and the highest quality candidates are appointed using objective job-related criteria.About the RoleManage project change in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule.Address project issues by identifying and selecting a course of action by taking into account the project constraints and objectives in order to enable continued project progress.Create and manage execution of the project plans (quality, risk, communication, staffing, etc.) by using the tools identified in the planning phase and by auditing the results of their use in order to align the project outcomes with stakeholder expectationsand standards.Maintain and enhance a high-level milestone plan using goals and objectives of the project, applicable historical information, and other available resources in order to align project with expectations of sponsors and stakeholders.Establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the project.Capture project status and data by ensuring the population of the project management information system in order to maintain accurate and current project information for the use of stakeholders.Communicates information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.Provides information to others both internal and external to the organization; represents the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.Inspires loyalty and trust, handles oneself ethically following core values and beliefs.Recognizes contributions - praises people for a job well done.Builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among team members.Open to diverse points of view, treats people with respect.Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affectthe business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.About youYour knowledge and expertise:Experience in Agile delivery methods.Experience working with AzureDevOps for task management and planningTechnical experience prior to moving into project managementDegree and/or equivalent work experience required.PMP Certification or PgMP certification (preferred)Agile Certification preferred.Proven experience of working on large scale and complex IT change infrastructure and agile development projectsApplies professional principles and business judgment to solve unique problems or to develop new procedures, process and products.Experience communicating effectively with different levels of management and direct client contact including executive levels would be advantageous.Experience with software methodology development processes.Ability to create presentations and write business cases for executive leaders.Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple priorities.Project budgeting/costing knowledge would be advantageousAbility to create presentations and write business cases for leadership audiencesExperience with communicating effectively with different levels of internal and external management, leadership while influencing multiple stakeholder groups.Able to manage multiple priorities concurrently and handle pressure situations effectively and professionally.Salary and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits pack...
