Job Description

BusinessOne of the worlds leading global marketing and advertising agencies.Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive in approach - helping repair or build stakeholder relationships from scratch, taking them on the procurement journey
  • End to end responsibility within the IT category on a global scale
  • Supplier relationship management - engage key suppliers to help strengthen and improve their performance and provide transparency to help improve performance and negate any issues with pace
  • Drive savings but also align to wider business goals, adding wider value
  • Navigate a fast-paced environment, able to cut through the noise in a global function
  • Some key supplier youd be dealing with include Microsoft, AWS, Google, Salesforce and Adobe
Key SkillsMy client is after someone who is bright, driven, articulate, willing and eager to learn, has demonstrable experience communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders, has strong experience negotiating and contracting with large suppliers, hasstrong experience running strategic, complex and high value projects and who are keen to get into the Technology Procurement space. Some extra expectation below:
  • Able to build and implement strategic category plans
  • A self starter who is proactive in approach
  • Someone who would be able to navigate a very fast paced environment indicative of the marketing industry
  • Experience within a range of IT categories would be beneficial but would consider someone with limited IT procurement experience, keen to build out experience in this area
  • Strong stakeholder skills, able to drive change and influence decision making
