Job Description

IT Procurement Manager - Permanent OpportunityLocation: LondonSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Matched Pension + Healthcare + Home Working + 25 days HolidaySea Global are proud to be partnering with a reputable FTSE-listed Professional Services business, who are currently looking to recruit an IT Procurement Manager to support the Head of Procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects across IT, Digital, Software, however, might be responsible for more ad-hoc projects across indirect spend from time to time.Role & Responsibilities

  • Be an extra pair of hands to for the Head of Procurement, supporting them with both BAU and Strategic Procurement for the firm
  • Manage the full end to end procurement lifecycle, including; RFP, RFQ, Stakeholder Management, Category Management and Supplier Management
  • Work within the Governance Frameworks, lead Commercial Negotiations and develop relationships with key stakeholders across; IT, HR and Corporate Services
  • Promote Procurement and best practice across the business, ensuring that the function is highly regarded and bought into
  • Deliver Group Procurement Strategy and ensure all work is aligned with the firm’s Procurement Model
    • Experience & Requirements
  • Ideally will have exposure to working within a Professional Services environment (Legal, Financial, Insurance, Tax etc)
  • Will need to be able to demonstrate examples of managing projects from cradle to grave, ideally across IT & Digital, but are open to candidates from a generalist indirect background
  • Should be able and confident to negotiate to work with Stakeholders at all levels, including C-Level
  • Ideally will have 2 years’ experience within a similar type role
