Looking for IT & Onboarding support Temps-Asap until 22 Jan 2021 £12.50 an hour -Remote working but must have a good update to date computer and Reliable and fast broadband connectivityWorking for a healthcare membership body; Your key responsibilities will be to help troubleshoot and resolve issues experienced by participants during the CASC exam and to help onboard the participants so that they are familiar with the exam delivery platform before the exam.Full training will be provided but candidates require a high level of IT literacyDuring the exam weeks from 11 January - 22 January, Monday-Friday, the IT support staff will be required to provide cover from 8.30am to 6.30pm. * Willing to work flexible hours on a part time basis from 1 December to 20 December. * Onboarding times are typically between 11am-3pm and 6pm-9pm Monday to Friday, and 11am-3pm on weekends. The College will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period from 19 December 2020 until 3 January 2021. There is no expectation to work over this period.This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or apprentice interested in developing skills and experience in an IT support role.
