Job Description

Permanent RequirementIT Mobility SpecialistOur client, an esteemed NHS Organisation based in London, is currently recruiting for an IT Mobility Specialist on a permanent basis. The role will be to provide 3rd line mobility IT support for staff throughout the Trust both on-site and remotely, via personal attendance, telephone and remote diagnostics.Core responsibilities include a variety of activities including (but not limited to):

  • Maintenance and updating of mobile telephony and tablets
  • Creation and maintenance of Airwatch/Intune policies
  • Maintenance and updating of SCCM relating to mobility
  • Testing of mobility equipment and applications
  • Support and maintenance of Skype For Business
  • Creation and maintenance of mobile device management (MDM) policies
  • Use and maintenance of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite
  • Support and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365 application set as used in the LAS, etc
    • Desired experience and technical skills required include:
  • Extensive specialist IT mobility support experience and use of mobility hardware, software and tooling products
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM)
  • Microsoft Intune, Airwatch
  • iOS, Android, Windows OS for mobile, iPads, Tablets, Smartphones
  • VDI, VPN, Wi-Fi, DSL, BYOD
  • Mobile policy creation and enforcement
