Do you have a good understanding of On-premises servers, Microsoft 365 cloud solutionsA leading London Property business is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer below are the main responsibilities but in essence I am looking for a candidate that has;* Strong knowledge of SCCM and Office 365* Ideally experiencing software packages with 365 tools* Any knowledge of on-Premise* If you have worked in an environment that has implemented MS 365 and done BAU on this.The salary is up to £50,000, however for a perfect candidate may pay 10% more.Extra responsibilities of an IT infrastructure engineer include:* Configuration and management of Microsoft 365 management tools, 365 Admin Center, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Endpoints Manager and SCCM.* Provide a stable, reliable and fit for purpose operational fixed and mobile network, including LAN, WAN, 4G. Manage and monitor site configurations, including IP addresses, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, switches, MPLS.* Ensure network documentation and how-to guides are up to date.* Perform troubleshooting analysis of network issues and associated systems. Look after domain management, DNS, DHCP, web filtering, VPN, etc.* Assist with configuring and maintenance of Tcaas (Teams-Calling) and Ccaas (Contact Center) management platforms.* Liaise with external suppliers to arrange repairs and maintenance of equipment in line with the companys agreed terms and ensure jobs are completed to the users satisfaction.Please do not hesitate to apply for a quick response.
