This role offers a balanced mix of office/client site and remote working, with a focus on varied and dynamic projectsdue to our wide range of technologies and client types.Provide 2nd line support and field engineering services, managing issues across a 500 endpoint user base. Work extensively with the Microsoft 365 Tech Stack. Engage in diverse projects, ensuring high-quality IT solutions for our clients.Proven experience as an IT Field Engineer or 2nd Line Support Engineer, preferably in an MSP environment. Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, and Defender for Endpoint, with a robust understanding of networking. Excellent customer-facingskills and the ability to handle diverse client needs effectively.
