Job Description

You MUST have previous experience in IT Management within a law firm!Job Responsibilities

  • Providing support/management to 150 user law firm, with 5 international offices.
  • Managing a team of 4 IT Support Analysts.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for escalated issues from the desktop team.
  • Expert knowledge of legal applications and provide SME support when required.
  • Act as project lead on all IT desktop projects.
  • Manage the firms IT assets, consistent with best practices.
  • Conduct formal and informal performance appraisals and develop short and long-term goals for IT staff.
  • Assess and develop IT team skills and ensure consistency in training and technical support across all offices.
Skills Required
  • 5 years+ in a senior level IT role, with recent exposure to the legal industry.
  • Team management experience and hands-on SME support
  • Knowledge of legal applications - iManage, Aderant and InTapp
  • Comprehensive understanding of; Project Management, Desktop/Application Support, Azure/Azure AD, Autopilot/Deployments, Office 365, Asset Management
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH/3 days office based.
