Vertex IT Solution are looking for an experienced IT Desktop Support engineer (2nd Line Support)This role is working for a large MSP, based onsite with one of their high profile clientsLocation: Fenchurch Street, LondonHours: Monday to Friday, a 3 week shift pattern: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 9:30am - 6pm.Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be representing the MSP to the client, you will work closely with the SDM and will provide VIP Support to users.
