IT Care Technician - £40k base + bonus + bensGlobal Financial ServicesCentral LondonAs an established IT recruitment partner to this global wealth management organisation, we are currently assisting in the hire of a number of IT Care Technicians to provide day to day IT end-user services and support for the business. Skills / Environment*Provide support to resolve IT issues through effective diagnosis, technical actions, and customer focus*Support IT equipment installations and changes*Build, configure and set up equipment for new starters and employees, ensuring access is managed securely. *Provide IT education, training, awareness, and support when rolling out equipment to end-users*Maintain an active presence with end-users identifying and resolving IT issues*Identify trends and take proactive steps to eliminate future demand through seeking opportunities to improve service*Provide detailed analysis and reportingRequirements:*Experience providing face to face and remote customer service and IT support, with excellent communication skills*Experience providing IT technical support in a windows environment working with desktops, laptops, tablets, telephony solutions and smart phones. *Experience with supporting Win 10, O365, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Azure is desirable*IT Service Management, IT End User or IT operational support experience desirableThe office is based near Mansion House underground station.
