Job Description

Regional Technical Services Manager - Lore GroupOur Regional AV support for our two unique London properties, Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch. Sea Containers, a lifestyle Hotel based on Londons South Bank and is home to 359 bedrooms and award-winning restaurants and bars including Lyanessby Mr Lyan, a cinema and well-known spa - consider it an urban playground. The newly opened One Hundred Shoreditch represents an independent spirit at the social heart of an evolved Shoreditch. In addition to the bedrooms and suites, the hotel offers 6 restaurantsand bars including Seafood Restaurant Goddard & Gibbs, basement bar Seed Library and a soon to open Rooftop bar and terrace with views over East London.As Regional AV Manager, you will be responsible of running first class AV events, conferences, meeting, dinners etc. You will work together with Events and Operations teams delivering outstanding service to our clients being the main contact and technicalexpert.As a Regional Technical Services Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Discussing client requirements and upselling Audio-Visual equipment to meet targets for both venues
  • Supporting Operations team with setting up, operating and de-rigging equipment for private events, marketing activations and general activations across the two venues
  • Liaising with 3rd party AV suppliers to meet client requirements and to deliver a seamless event experience
  • Running, maintaining, and scheduling in-house equipment, hiring additional equipment wherever necessary.
  • Manage leadership in the establishment of project scope, technical strategy, cost, budget, and staff support requirements with new Capital Expenditure projects.
  • Ensuring smooth running of our 56-seat cinema. Ingesting content, creating playlists, and playing back cinema content. Be familiar with DCP and KDM management.
