IT AdministratorFull-time at 35 hoursOffice based (office based, flexibility to work from home)Salary: £21,315k - £25,375k - dependent on experiencePermanentGamCare is the UKs leading provider of information, advice and support for anyone affected bygambling-related harms.GamCare has enjoyed significant growth over the past few years and an excellent opportunity has now arisen for a dynamic IT Administrator to join our Finance and IT team. You will be a trouble shooter, have an interest in technologyand strong desire to assist colleagues in solving problems in a systematic way.You will be required to work collaboratively within the Finance and IT team, provide support with all the IT and administrative tasks. The role would work closely with Finance andResources administrator to provide a support function to all senior staff.In particular, the job holder will be required to: Provide support with troubleshooting all of the Office IT equipment including printers, scanners, speakerphones, video conferencing,PCs and computer accessories Provide face to face support to the colleagues working within the office environment and the online support for the staff working remotely. Support the Senior IT Manager in rolling out the new technologies, solutions and processesacross GamCare and provide onboarding support Provide assistance to the IT and the outsourced supplier in troubleshooting on - premises infrastructure including phones lines, Broadband, WiFi and on premises servers Be the first point of contact for any escalationof the IT support ticket with the outsourced IT supplier Daily monitoring of the support ticket log with our outsourced IT provider and escalating the business critical tickets for resolution as requiredLocationRegarding the location for the role and yourmain place of work will be the London Office and the attendance at the office will be discussed in detail when you start.
