An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IQA/Skills Coach for Level 2 Adult Care and Level 3 Lead Adult Care Apprenticeship Standards. The candidate would ideally have experience of working with Apprenticeships and work-based qualifications and a background and competency in the Care Industry. The candidate also should have a background of delivering and coaching skills, knowledge and behaviours of the Level 2 Adult Care and Level 3 Lead Adult Care Apprenticeship Standards. The post holder will be occupationally competent in the Care Industry and must have continuous Professional Development in this area. An IQA Award is essential and a TAQA update is desirable. The post holder will be responsible for assuring and embedding high quality in these Apprenticeships.
