IOT OT Cyber EngineerLondon | In OfficeSalary: £50,000 - £60,000Are you an experienced Cyber Security Engineer looking to work for an established Blue Chip Technology Partner Do you want to work with a global business pioneering the best AI Data Centre designOur client is an established premier global business with over three decades of experience working with several blue-chip companies to deliver comprehensive data centre solutions. Passionate about pioneering a holistic approach to data centre design withthe future of AI in mind.The RoleAs an IOT OT Cyber Engineer, your primary role will be to undertake in-depth security assessments of integrated devices and systems. Identifying key vulnerabilities through penetration testing, and conducting compatibility assessments to ensure new deviceintegration with the existing systems.

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of systems to pinpoint areas of risk, vulnerability and what protection is needed.
  • Assess a variety of devices for compatibility, efficiency, and protection before their integration into the larger network.
  • Maintain thorough records documenting all evaluations, discoveries and corrective measures implemented.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on optimal strategies in cybersecurity and device assessment
  • Ensure that all systems and devices adhere to security standards and regulations of the relevant industries.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity risks, pattens and recommended procedures to uphold ongoing system protection.
  • Forge strong partnerships with other departments to maintain a comprehensive security strategy.
  • Foster close collaboration with device suppliers to identify potential weaknesses and guarantee device security prior to integration.
The ideal candidate will have already obtained CREST accreditation or be working towards it either having taken the exam and needing to resit or be able to demonstrate an understanding of PEN testing for both physical devices and API’s.
