this role, you shall provide will provide ongoing support to a range of stakeholders across asset management and will work within the newly created Investor Relations team. This team will work alongside Senior Product Specialists, the Salesforce/ClientSegments and the Investment team to provide a ‘best in class’ level of service to our internal and external clients. Key Responsible • Helping to support both internal and external stakeholders in providing timely responses to investor queries • Promoting HAIL as a Centre of Excellence for Alternative Investments both within the group and externally amongst clients and advisers • Implementing growth and efficiency initiatives to maintain a high quality service offering. • Help provide thought leadership in product space, to include written materials for external publication • Positioning versus competitors • Communicate sales propositions and investment opportunities • Reporting: writing/editing/reviewing client reporting where necessary • Client Service: on-going support both internal and external clients Knowledge and Experience: • An in-depth knowledge of alternative investment products and markets is essential. • Experience of client management is essential and knowledge of the range of different structural solutions helpful.
