Job Description

About our clientWe are currently working with a global private equity investor seeking to hire an Investor Relations Senior Associate / Vice President in their London team. This is a 12-month maternity cover. The Senior Associate / VP will report directly to the COO, workingin close collaboration with another IR VP. What the job involves

  • Creation of fundraising materials including DDQs, PPMs, pitchbooks, case studies and supporting Analyst and Associates in the creation of documents
  • Review of RFP submissions produced by the RFP team
  • Interface with investors for the purpose of responding to their queries and on-boarding investors into the funds
  • Assisting in the collation, drafting, preparation and review of qualitative elements of quarterly investor reporting
  • Participation in product development project groups
  • Ah hoc attendance at fundraising meetings or due diligence meetings alongside senior professionals in the Investment Team and / or Sales
Who we are looking for
  • Strong education with previous experience in investor relations or placement agent
  • Knowledge of or exposure to private markets, specifically private equity is beneficial but not required
  • Good financial acumen, able to disseminate complex data into investor friendly content
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English
  • Forward-thinking manager; good at planning and highly skilled at prioritising and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, can-do culture
