Job Description

The business needs a strong all-round investor services associate who is both operational and client centric. The role has 2 core functions (i) operational focused client servicing and (ii) distribution servicing and support. Responsibilities include:Field questions on investment offerings and collaborate with EMEA & US product specialists to answer. Collaborate on client onboarding and client retention (deadlines, platform questions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions). Manage the onboarding (clientclassification) of new investors and assist with the subscription document process across all funds. Work closely with Legal and Compliance, Finance and Investor Relations across business units to ensure daily running of the business. Support team memberswith business development efforts and handle operational aspects of the business Prepare all background notes for investor meetings and collaborate on-going research projects Manage and co-ordinate all marketing materials and data room access including resolvingany data room and Salesforce issues. Collaborate with Events and Admin Team to organize speakers, locations, background materials and coordinating across all business units in the US and UK. Qualifications: A minimum of years of financial industry and operationalexperience Ideally private markets experience or a strong understanding of alternatives. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform at a high-level within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture with a focus on excellence Proficientin Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, teams, and clients globally Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive Attention to detail and accuracy Problem analysis and resolutionAbility to identify & summarize issues & recommendations Ability to work efficiently in a deadline driven environment Highly driven and proactive with the ability to take initiative
