THE SEARCH:Altus Partners is working exclusively with an impact-focused private manager that is seeking to hire an Associate to join its Distribution team and focus on fundraising for its private-credit related strategies. The business is experiencing an exciting growthphase, and the role offers an opportunity for you to represent the firm’s strategies to institutional clients across the UK and Europe.THE ROLE:• Strategize global Institutional Sales, raise assets and ensure long-term growth;•Build new networks and use existing relationships with institutional clients business.• Assist in driving the brand recognition and business development efforts in the European Institutional market.• Develop and maintain a solid technical understanding of the firms products and strategies to discuss with clients and prospects effectively and confidently•Research and identify new client/relationship development opportunities• Confidently present to clients, and prospects the firms investments and funds/strategiesTHE REQUIREMENTS:•To have investor relations/ fundraising experience gained within private markets or wider asset management• To have a client-first attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset• Experience developing robust outreach strategies and penetrating new markets
