Job Description

Coller Capital has grown rapidly since its formation in 1990 and is now one of the worlds leading investors in private equitys secondary market - widely acknowledged as an innovator and a stand-out player at the complex end of secondaries. Based in London, this individual will be working in with the London based Investor Relations team including senior management to assist, co-ordinate and enhance Coller Capitals investor relations and fundraising activities globally. The individual will havethe opportunity to get involved from the early stages of the firms Flagship and Credit fund raises, supporting the due diligence efforts for both existing and prospective LPs. The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for ensuring that the needsand requirements of our investors are met in a professional, engaging and efficient manner. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for co-ordination and responding to existing and prospective investor questions, working closely with the London based Fundraising Team to ensure consistent outputs across investors questions
  • Support Coller Capitals fundraising activities by producing marketing materials and assisting in the response to due diligence questions, RFPs and ah-hoc requests
  • Be a central point of contact for all matters affecting our investors and work successfully across all Coller Capitals departments and with external suppliers to deliver a consistently high-quality investor experience
  • Monitor industry best practice and contribute new ideas to help refine the companys innovative global Investor Relations programme
Desirable experience:
  • Experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, private equity or asset management
  • Chartered Accountant/CFA/other professional qualification
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Undergraduate Degree (minimum 2:1) or equivalent from top-tier university
  • Fluency in one or more foreign languages
