REFERENCE:10325 /22H This is a global private equity investor with significant capital under management. They invest across private equity funds, secondaries, co-investments and real assets. The IR team in London are looking to add an IR Analyst. Reportingto the regional Relationship Manager for UK and Nordic institutional investors, the position will have a key role to play in coordinating and managing activities relating to the support of our relationships, prospects and key investment consultants. As anAnalyst in the Investor Relationship team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the collation and analysis of a wide range of data points from around the firm, to be delivered by succinct and comprehensive written and oral communication to theend investor, prospect or consultant. The role will also entail some administrative and project management duties to ensure the smooth running of the Investor Relations function. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the maintenance of existing investor relationships(UK and Nordic LPs) Coordination and production of presentation materials, cash flow forecasts, fee/performance data, due diligence materials, etc. for client update meetings and prospecting activities Maintaining detailed records of client and prospectingactivities Managing the closing/transfer process for new and existing investors Coordinate and support RFP processes by collecting and preparing data as requested Collaborating with internal teams across Pantheon as well as external service providers to produceand collate relevant data and ensure both data and client/prospect activities are compliant YOUR PROFILE: Good academic record with relevant experience in a sales support role within an asset manager, placement agent or private markets fund. Other relevantbackgrounds will be considered Knowledge of the Asset Management and Private Market industry Excellent English skills - both written and verbal Strong relationship building and influencing skills Proven project management skills and ability to juggle multipletasks Strong analytical skills and a high level of initiative
