Job Title: Scrum Master (m/f/x) - AVP - Agile Regulatory Reporting Team (TDI- Private Bank-Products & Enterprises Investments) Location: Pune, IndiaRole description Our Investments - Regulatory Reporting team at Deutsche Bank - Private Bank (TDI) develops and maintains applications for Transaction Reporting (MiFID) and Position Reporting. Regulatory Reporting changes are generally announced on short notice. Quality andstability has priority together with time to market. By working in an Agile DevOps model, acting as a pilot for Investments and actively improving the model, we achieve very high quality while continuously delivering value to our clients. Located in Germany and India, we work closely together using agile andvirtual collaboration techniques and our teams diversity to reach our goals of continuous deployment, process improvement and internalizing engineering know how. As a Scrum Master you will lead the agile teams into success, by actively fostering an agile way of thinking and culture (i.e. Culture of trust, transparency and empowerment), playing a major role within Agile Regulatory Reporting team in the context of DeutscheBanks digitalization journey. Your Key responsibilities
  • You are key stakeholder and servant leader of the agile teams, leading them to success and solve impediments of medium complexity independently
  • You use coaching techniques and help people develop, engage and motivate.
  • You design and manage training for the teams, giving and sharing best practices from or into the organization.
  • You advise the Product Owner and other stakeholders in the creation of user stories and the prioritization of the backlog.
  • You support the team in the identification of product and process improvements and actively participate and contribute into the sprint activities and ceremonies.
Your skills and Experiences
  • Pro-active team player with several years experience in working in a global environment as Scrum Master or in a similar agile oriented leadership role
  • Hands-on experience in coaching, training, team building and moderation methods
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate needs on a long term basis in order to build a continuous vision for the product as well as a vision for team development
  • Hands-on experience in problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal and writtenEnglish and strong communicationskills with ability to tailor communication to various stakeholders. German language skills would be a plus.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, Management or equivalent. Knowledge of investment business and its operations would be a plus.
