Job Description

Investment Specialist - Social ThemesAcre has partnered with a global asset manager who is looking for an ESG analyst to join their existing sustainability team. This position involves running the ESG engagement across a variety of article 8 and 9 funds, with a specific focus on social themes.The role also has a thematic research aspect, which includes producing social-led thematic research in efforts to provide investment ideas and identify opportunities to engage with portfolio companies.Responsibilities:

  • Act as the SME across social themes when it comes to social-related engagements
  • Support product specialists with client communications, more specifically across the social pillar
  • Lead social-related thematic research in efforts to identify risk and opportunity to invest
Background:
  • Knowledge across social related topics related to engagement, opportunity and risk
  • Experience leading engagements with portfolio companies
  • Sector experience where social risk is most material is also ideal
