Job Description

Investment Service Administrator - Salary of £30K - £35K + Disc Bonus and full Benefits. Part home based.A high quality and award winning Investment Management and Financial Planning company is looking for an Investment Service Administrator to join their team.Duties will include:

  • Providing full Financial Services Administrative support.
  • Processing as required all business applications through to completion including transfers.
  • Responding to all client requests / queries received in writing or by phone in an efficient timely manner.
  • Ensuring clients are kept up to date, managing their expectations providing a consistent high service standard always in building strong client relationships.
  • Accurate information issued to clients, and other third parties as required.
  • Preparing, reviewing, updating, and maintaining client records as well as all accounts.
  • Communicating and supporting the team, recognising when assistance is needed.
  • Liaising with clients and third parties by email, letter, and telephone.
  • Adhering to all relevant processes and procedures in line with requirements.
  • Adhering to Compliance.
  • Produce valuation packs as well as other reports, ensuring accuracy.
  • Collation of documentation and preparation of application and meeting packs as required.
You will need to be highly motivated and have at least three years of relevant Investment / Financial Services based administration experience. Knowledge and experience working with GIA, ISA and SIPP accounts is required along with high levels of motivationand a desire to learn and develop.Full training and a development program will be provided along with full exam/study support.
