Job Description

Alexander Lloyd are now partnered with a multinational Asset manager and their Workplace Investment team who are now looking for an Investment Proposition Manager to join ideally their London office on a hybrid working model.There are other offices in the South West & North East that could also be considered for this role.You will need to strong background in DC/Workplace Pensions to be considered for this role, if you do also have some MasterTrust knowledge that would be an advantage.The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Innovating, designing, delivering and developing market leading propositions
  • Presenting and externally facing clients
  • Directly managing a team of 4 investment proposition analysts
  • Identifying emerging market opportunities that help drive future proposition development
  • Developing market and competitor insights to advise proposition developments
  • Optimising existing investment solutions
