Job Description

This role is a great springboard for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience looking to broaden their Investment Operations knowledge and skillset within a great and supportive environment.The role will also involve:

  • Monitoring the Order Management System, Valuation and Performance Measurement System, Pricing, Positions, Index, and static data
  • Monitoring of trade execution allocations to broker and oversight of outsourced settlements monitoring, as well as reporting on performance and compliance.
  • Hedged share class exposure and FX order generation
  • Liaise with broker(s), custodians, and third-party fund administrators to resolve queries in a timely fashion
  • Corporate action, Proxy voting and Class Action administration
  • Supporting Client Service & Marketing teams
  • Ad hoc projects that focus on change improvements and efficiencies
