OverviewAssisting with the operational and administrative oversight of UCITS funds and institutional separate accountsMonitoring daily investor inflows and outflowsMonitoring all Fund invoices and expensesMonthly review of the Funds expense budgets and total expense ratiosProviding portfolio managers support on portfolio valuation queriesMaintaining static fund and investor static dataPreparing internal monthly AUM reportsReviewing semi-annual and annual financial reports for the FundsReviewing quarterly rebate and trail commissionsSupporting launch of new sub-funds and share classesPreparing UCITS KIIDs, EMT and EPTSupporting the preparation of quarterly board reporting materialsExperience RequiredNo less than 18-24 month experience within operations within Investment ManagementAn understanding or experience of collective investment schemes.Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointArticulate, self-motivated, a quick learner and team playerA calm pragmatic and solutions focused approach, with the ability to deliver consistent results
