Job Title: Investment Manager - Infrastructure FundLocation:London, United KingdomPosition Overview:We are seekinga highly skilled and experienced Investment Manager to join our dynamic team in London. The Investment Manager will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing infrastructure investment opportunities, as wellas managing existing investments within the portfolio. The successful candidate will demonstratestrong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the infrastructure sector.Key Responsibilities:Deal Sourcing and Origination:Identifyand evaluate new investment opportunities in the infrastructure sector through market research, industry analysis, and relationship building.Cultivate and maintainrelationships with industry stakeholders, including developers, operators, advisors, and government agencies.Due Diligence and Financial Analysis:Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market assessment, risk evaluation, and legal review.Develop financial models to assess investment returns, cash flows, and risk profiles.Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to assess technical, environmental, and regulatory considerations.Transaction Execution:Lead negotiations and structuring of investment transactions, including equity investments, debt financing, and joint ventures.Coordinate with legal, tax, and financial advisors to execute transaction documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage the closing process and facilitatesmooth transition of investments into the portfolio.Portfolio Management:Monitor and manage existing investments within the infrastructure portfolio, including performance tracking, financial reporting, and risk management.Develop and implement value enhancement strategies to optimizeinvestment returns and mitigate risks.Actively participatein asset management activities, including project oversight, governance, and stakeholder engagement.Market Intelligence and Strategy:Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impactingthe infrastructure sector.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regardinginvestment strategies, portfolio positioning, and risk management.
