Job Description

Investment ManagerLondon EC2£120,000 - £150,000 + Car Allowance / Excellent Bonus / benefitsThe CompanyDue to ongoing expansion and development of the investments, a newly created Investment Manager role has arisen with 8+ years in-depth Investment experience. This leading UK specialist Business Services & Investment Partner Group is responsible for project and services delivery across a broad range of Public Private Partnership investments. This rolewill be responsible for ensuring individual Project compliance, shareholder returns and appraisal of new investment opportunities.Key Responsibilities of the Investment Manager

  • Acting as a Director on several PFI/PPP projects ensuring project compliance, shareholder returns & managing key stakeholder relationships
  • Meeting with Project Authority and Subcontractor representatives
  • Interrogation of statutory/management accounts & financial models
  • Interrogation of project contracts & applying these in the context of an operational project
  • Forecasting immediate term & concession length distribution profiles
  • Assisting with monitoring of Infrastructure Investments
  • Appraising new opportunities & managing Investment Advisors
  • Supporting the transaction process of Investment acquisitions
  • Presentations to Senior Management within the business
Skills & Attributes of the Investment Manager
  • As a 2:1/1st class graduate with a business-related degree
  • 8+ years in-depth experience within Investment Management - ideally PFI investment management experience
  • Strong Excel financial modelling skills
  • Commercial flair, highly developed written and oral presentation skills
  • Experience gained within the PFI/PPP sector is highly desirable
