Meraki Talent’s client is currently looking to hire an Investment Director. Our client is a well-funded renewable energy development firm that is focused on developing utility-scale assets across the UK and Europe. The main areas of interest to the firmcurrently are Onshore Wind, BESS and Solar projects.As an Investment Director, you will be reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer. In the Investment Team, they are responsible for project finance, M&A, off-take procurement and corporate finance transactions.As an Investment Director you will be leading on origination as well as executing on M&A transactions, predominantly in Europe. The role is supported by two Investment Associates but will still require financial modelling, investment appraisal and commercialinsight.For this role, my client is seeking applications from individuals with previous experience in renewable energy projects and platform M&A in Europe. English and ideally a second European Language (preferably German and/or French) is required. A networkwithin these markets is very desirable.
