Role & Responsibilities: Support the Chair of the Investment Committee and help support the various investment process bodies which are charged with managing and enhancing the investment process. Assist with the integration of the investment process; Respond to data requests (eg of investment holdings) and conduct analysis Draft monthly report on the investment process for the Investment Management Executive Committee Curating the Investment Portal, an internal online site which is the repository for information and research on investments; Briefing the Chairs of IPC and other working groups on the status of developments; Assist with obtaining and distributing 3rd party research, including the budgeting process; Ad hoc tasks at the request of the Investment team and other working groups. Key Skills: Demonstrable experience gained within investment management or private banking; Be familiar with the investment process; perhaps suiting an individual who has worked within a Fund Manager Support or Middle Office function, with knowledge around trade flows, regulatory issues and associated project work Experience gained within professional administration/coordination, project management or operations management desirable; Able to draft high level and often complex papers which upon review will be submitted to the Board and/or other management committees; Able to produce technical reports/written communication with minimal supervision; Able to use initiative in order to move tasks and responsibilities forward, including by persuading and influencing others; Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables; SQL familiarity helpful but not essential Please note that due to the high volume of applicants responding to our adverts we are regrettably not able to feedback on all applications; only successful candidates will be contacted
