One of Europes top private equity funds are looking to recruit an Investment Associate into their London team. The role, working on mid market buyouts, will focus on the execution of investments into already successful European businesses. The team investsin all sectors and has a very strong track record. The role: Carrying out initial investment appraisals for the fund Performing commercial and financial due diligence of potential investments Building financial models Working on deal execution Deal structuring,negotiation of terms, managing advisors They are very interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows: Investment professionals from other European private equity funds 3rd year analyst to 2nd year Associates from investment banksLead advisory professionals from the M&A teams of big four accounting firms Strategy consultants from McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK sand other similar firms As a lot of the focus will be UK deals, experience of UK deals is essential.
